What is The Heartfelt Post?
The Heartfelt Post is a monthly snail mail club designed to bring a little creativity, connection, and community straight to your mailbox. It's a subscription where members receive curated letters and creative goodies sent through the mail each month. Unlike a digital newsletter, everything arrives in a real envelope that you can hold, open, and look forward to every month.

Each mailing creates a small pause in your month—a chance to connect, reflect, and feel part of a larger community of people opening their envelopes alongside you across the country.
Curated with care
Each monthly mailing includes a handwritten-style letter, original artwork or prints, handmade stickers, a recipe card, and creative prompts or activities.

It’s called “snail mail” because it celebrates the slower, more intentional pace of sending and receiving real mail—something simple, tangible, and personal in a world that often feels too fast and too digital.

When do I get my letter?
I send out The Heartfelt Post on the 15th of every month. US members should receive it within 3-8 days of sending, and international members will receive the letter within 2-6 weeks! The beauty of snail mail is the slow pace and anticipation of every month. If you feel like something is wrong, feel free to reach out!
What if I need to cancel or change my address?
Just email use hello@heartfeltpost.com and we will end your subscription or change your address.
Make sure to email us before the 15th of the month so we can adjust your address or subscription before sending.
